College successfully completed a One Week Yoga Session for Self-Empowerment from Magh 26 to Falgun 2, 2082, with the aim of promoting physical well-being, mental clarity, and emotional balance among students. The program was organized by DAV Social Welfare Club, as part of the college’s commitment to holistic education, emphasizing the importance of maintaining harmony between the mind, body, and spirit.
The yoga sessions were conducted under the expert guidance of Dr. Chintamani Gautam, a respected Yoga Guru known for his profound knowledge and practical approach to yogic practices.
