The Induction Series 2025 marked an inspiring beginning for our BBA/BBM 1st Semester, 23rd Batch (BBA) and 8^th Batch (BBM) , setting the tone for an enriching four-year academic journey. Conducted over an engaging 16-day program, the series was thoughtfully designed to help students transition smoothly into their undergraduate life equipped with clarity, motivation, and confidence.

Throughout the induction, students were introduced to renowned dignitaries and industry professionals from diverse fields. These insightful sessions provided valuable exposure to the real corporate world, helping students understand major sectors, emerging trends, and the skills required to excel in today’s dynamic business environment.

The series featured a range of impactful experiences, including: motivational talks from inspiring speakers who encouraged students to dream big, stay focused, and unlock their inner potential, interactive group activities designed to boost communication, teamwork, leadership, and creative thinking, course introductions offering a clear understanding of the BBA/BBM curriculum, academic expectations, and the exciting learning opportunities ahead, IT & applications workshops where students were oriented with essential digital tools, fostering tech-readiness from day one.

By the end of the 16 days, the students were left with far more than information they gained knowledge about the business landscape and academic structure, exposure to professionals, ideas, and future opportunities, skills essential for both academic and personal growth, confidence to begin their university journey with purpose and enthusiasm.
