The BBM Enculturation Program for the 8th Batch (Class of 2025) was held successfully at Hotel Country Villa, Nagarkot, on the 28th and 29th of November 2025. The two-day residential event was designed to strengthen interaction, promote collaboration, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for the newly admitted students as they begin their academic journey in management.
The program opened with a formal session attended by distinguished dignitaries whose valuable insights set a motivating tone for the event. The session had a valuable presence of respected dignitaries whose encouraging remarks emphasized the significance of discipline, leadership qualities, and academic commitment. It was privileged to hear inspiring message that urged students to dream big, embrace challenges, and strive for excellence in the field of management.
An enriching session was also conducted by the Resource Person, Mr. Manohar Man Shrestha, an esteemed Professional Management Consultant, Trainer, and Writer. His interactive approach and practical knowledge offered students valuable guidance on developing communication, interpersonal, and managerial competencies essential for both academic and career success. Along with the key speakers, faculty members and research cell representatives shared their words of encouragement, motivating students to recognize their potential and foster a spirit of mutual support throughout their studies.
After the formal inauguration, students took part in a comprehensive Management Development Training program tailored to help them adjust to the BBM environment. The training featured a series of activities including team-building exercises, leadership and communication tasks, collaborative discussions, and problem-solving workshops. These sessions not only boosted student participation but also provided a meaningful platform for building new friendships, understanding teamwork, and enhancing confidence.
The serene atmosphere of Nagarkot combined with purposeful learning experiences made the event both impactful and memorable. The enculturation program succeeded in offering students a refreshing, insightful, and uplifting start to their academic journey.
